Job summary

Atlantic MEDsearch is seeking an experienced physician to join our well-established clinic in an outpatient geriatric medicine role. You will focus on primary care for seniors and collaborate with on-site cardiology, imaging, nutrition, and medication services to deliver comprehensive care.

The position is outpatient-only, with a typical daily patient load of 15–17, and regular weekday hours. FP or IM training is acceptable, with generous compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outpatient geriatric medicine focus with no inpatient duties.
• Group will consider FP or IM trained physician.
• Healthy patient volume with 15–17 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatric and primary care services.
• Coordinate care with on-site cardiology, imaging, nutrition and pharmacy.
• Manage medication and patient education during visits.

Job Description

Well-established clinic seeks another associate to focus on geriatric medicine. Practice is committed to helping seniors lead healthier, happier lives through superior medical care. In addition to primary care, the clinic also provides cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, medication dispensing and resource support on-site. You'll see 1 5-17 patients per day. Outpatient only, no inpatient needs. Office is open only Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Call coverage shared (only by phone). Group will consider either an FP or IM trained physician.
