Innovative Integrated Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California to support participants in home and facility settings under the Physical Therapist's plan of care. Travel may be required across IIH sites to deliver therapy services.

The role requires CA PTA licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience with elderly or frail populations. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for coordinating care with therapists, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with frail or elderly population.
• CPR with First-Aid certification and up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist in treating IIH participants per plan of care.
• Provide regular updates to the Physical Therapist on participants’ therapy status.
• Assist with adaptive equipment and DME use for participants.
