Qualifications

• Eligible for FL state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior home care experience.
• Open to candidates who require sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Primarily conduct home visits for geriatric patients with Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B.
• Manage caseload within home care and occasionally within assisted and independent living communities.
