Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine trained physician for geriatric managed care. The role serves a primarily Spanish-speaking senior population with chronic care management in a Monday–Friday, 8a–5p schedule.

Full support staff including pharmacists, technicians, LPCs, and other allied health professionals are available. No prior experience is required other than confidence working with seniors aged 65 and up.

Qualifications

• Internal or Family Medicine trained physician.
• Geriatric managed care focus.
• Chronic care management for seniors 65+.
• No prior experience required; confidence with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite medical care for adults 65+ during standard business hours.
• Coordinate with full support staff (pharmacist, techs, LPCs).
• Deliver chronic care management within an outpatient setting.

• 2 day orientation

• EMR is Elation. They have a scribe somedays, but Elation also has an AI dictation software.

• Full support staff (Pharmacist, Pharm Techs, LPCs, and other special allied health)
