Excelcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will develop and oversee personalized nutrition plans to support resident health and quality of life, working closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate has geriatric nutrition experience, knowledge of long-term care dietary regulations, and licensure as a Registered Dietitian.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric nutrition care and ability to assess residents’ nutritional needs.
• Strong knowledge of DOH/state requirements for long-term care nutrition.
• Experience with enteral nutrition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nutritional care for residents by completing assessments.
• Participate in care planning meetings as required.
• Provide nutrition counseling for residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal and company standards.
• Perform duties independently as needed.
