Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families, fostering growth and meaningful outcomes for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must hold current COTA certification and be in good standing.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy interventions to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans with OT supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Collaborate with the OT and multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
