Job summary

Senior Care Therapy in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide in-person psychotherapy for geriatric residents in sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities.

We offer customizable full- or part-time options, generous salary ($80,000–$125,000) with uncapped FFS bonus, sign-on bonus up to $8,000 for full-time, and comprehensive administrative support to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice in the state applying for.
• Proficient English communication and clear documentation.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions in sub-acute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EHR system.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
