Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions and collaborates with OTs and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

You will complete timely documentation, educate patients and families, and contribute to a patient-centered culture with manageable caseloads and meaningful outcomes for older adults.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with active licensure.
• Ability to work effectively with older adults in SNF and post-acute settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
