Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Working closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualificações

• Must hold a COTA certification to practice.
• Experience with geriatric populations is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
• Complete timely documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and progress.
