Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings on-site. You will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life, working closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team.

You will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Experience working with older adults in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interprofessional team and provide patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve functional independence.
