Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is assisting a physician-led primary care organization in finding a Center Clinical Medical Director. The role offers a base salary of $270,000 to $341,000, with bonuses up to 20% and potential partnership. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with clinic hours 7:30a–5:00p, and a focus on senior patient care.

Ideal candidates will lead PCPs/NPs, oversee operations, and promote value-based care while engaging in professional development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in FM, IM or geriatric medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or geriatrics.
• At least 1 year of clinical geriatric or family practice experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PCPs and NPs within the center.
• Lead center operations and financial performance.
• Drive growth and sales initiatives for the clinic.
