Qualifications

• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to get certified.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration as per Care Plan/ISP.
• Help residents with meal time and encourage them to eat.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and common areas.
• Document resident status as per policy.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and call lights.
