Job summary

ArchWell Health in Florida is seeking a licensed practical nurse to support primary care teams and assist the PCP during patient visits. You will greet and room members, perform routine assessments, and assist with diagnostic testing while ensuring a compassionate, quality patient experience.

Responsibilities include vital signs, patient interviews, venipunctures when allowed, wound care, documentation, and coordination with physicians and specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• A current, active LPN license in desired state of employment.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience working with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members and assist PCP during visits.
• Perform intake, measure vital signs, and document patient histories.
• Conduct routine screenings and venipunctures where permitted by state.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and accurate, legal documentation.
• Provide health coaching and coordinate with the care team.
