Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under RN supervision throughout the Parent Child Division.
• Safely transport patients by wheelchair or stretcher and dispatch services.
• Document services rendered and monitor patient safety; observe and report patient status as needed.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties to support nursing unit efficiency.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities and maintain privacy of patient information.
