MultiCare Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA. This 0.6 FTE day shift position includes rotating weekends and focuses on high-quality patient care with compassionate support to patients and families.

The CNA will perform basic care activities, support diverse patient needs, advocate for ethical and holistic care, and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients.
• Support delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
