Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions to the center and handle inquiries by phone or in person.
• Conduct needs assessments of patients seeking admission and consider alternatives as needed.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team and prepare for PCP conferences with evaluations and goals.
