The Tech & Info Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the digital transformation of JGR Construction. This role bridges the gap between complex field operations and executive intelligence.
You will lead the "Tech & Data" duo, overseeing the Full-Stack Architect to ensure all data generated— from concrete operations to financial integrations is processed into actionable KPIs that drive the company’s scalability and profitability.
System Strategy & Architecture: Define and oversee the technological roadmap, ensuring all construction ERP systems and accounting integrations are seamless and scalable.
Field Operations Technology: Implement and manage tech solutions focused on reducing rework and disputes while improving labor productivity in shell construction.
Data, Reporting & KPIs: Lead the creation of dashboards to monitor the project lifecycle, change orders, and concrete operations, providing high-level insights for stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Supervise the remote Full-Stack Developer to ensure the software ecosystem (CRM/ERP) aligns with JGR’s engineering and commercial needs.
Process Improvement: Work closely with the VPO, Project Executives, and Finance to standardize digital workflows and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure: Oversee the fundamental security and cloud infrastructure of the company’s information assets.
Construction Expertise: Must "speak construction," with deep knowledge of cost codes, labor productivity, and concrete operations.
Engineering Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a strong focus on the project lifecycle.
Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics, reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), and a solid understanding of SQL.
ERP Systems: Proven experience managing Construction ERP systems and their integration with accounting and payroll.
Bilingual: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to interact with both executive leadership and field personnel.
Logistics: Must reside in Miami or be willing to relocate to Doral.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily office attendance and site visits.
Interaction: Daily collaboration with PMs, Superintendents, Estimators, and the Finance Director.
