Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking company in the mining sector, is seeking an experienced and passionate Community Relations and Social Impact Communication Manager. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects from anywhere in Mexico. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within the extractive industries or large infrastructure projects.


• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social impact programs.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.


• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders.


• Experience in conflict resolution and crisis communication in a community context.


• Strong understanding of social and environmental issues relevant to the mining sector.


• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.


• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
