Qualifications
- MS with 2 years of experience in geothermal/ petroleum/ earth sciences
- Experience with porous or fractured-media flow and subsurface transport
- Experience in reservoir flow conformance and flow control
- Experience with CMG/TOUGH/MOOSE/ResFrac or similar tools
- Programming in Python, MATLAB or similar
- Strong data management and scientific writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Characterize fracture connectivity and optimize fluid distribution in rocks
- Model and optimize engineering solutions for flow control strategies
- Publish peer‑reviewed journal articles and conference papers
- Present findings at conferences
- Identify new funding opportunities and write proposals
- Perform other duties as assigned
