Job summary

Fervo Energy is developing next-generation geothermal power to deliver firm, carbon-free energy at scale. Our flagship Cape Station development in Milford, Utah is one of the largest next-generation geothermal developments in the world, and our Houston headquarters houses the engineering, commercial, and corporate teams driving Fervo's growth.

You'll support hardware innovation efforts for Powerblock equipment, including heat exchangers and air-cooled condensers.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, Master's/MBA candidate wrapping up within the next year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support heat exchanger and air-cooled condenser (ACC) innovation work
• Assist with design analysis, vendor research, or testing as needed
• Help document technical findings and design iterations
