Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking staff engineers to gain full exposure in geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, and forensic assignments under licensed PE supervision. You will observe field drilling, classify samples, and draft clear reports that tie data to design assumptions on projects from pads to heavy industrial sites.

You will rotate through geotechnical, materials, and forensic work, learning to coordinate drill crews, manage field scheduling, and advance

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certificate or exam date scheduled.
• Field‑willing: real projects, real dirt, real weather.
• Clear technical writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
