Job summary

Wagman, Inc. in Virginia is seeking Geotechnical Skilled Laborers to support earthwork, foundations, auger cast and related operations across VA and the Mid Atlantic.

This outdoor role operates year-round, with exposure to wet, muddy, hot and cold conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and prior experience in earthwork and concrete-related tasks is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Construction experience required, preferably concrete or ground stabilization experience and small equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry, load, or unload materials.
• Dig with picks, shovels, air hammers, jack hammers or other construction related equipment.
• Arrive to project site on-time and participate in job discussions and daily safety meetings.
• Operate safely concrete pump.
• Work with and maintain construction related equipment when needed (grout machines, drilling machines, compressors).
• Work with hoses for all types of machines on the job site.
• Responsible for safety of self and others. Required to wear proper jobsite PPE as directed.
