ECS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead geotechnical and construction materials testing projects from proposal to closeout. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.
The role requires a PE or PG license in the relevant state, 5 years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

The Geotechnical Senior Project Manager leads and oversees geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing (CMT) projects from proposal through final delivery and closeout. This role is fully accountable for project success, including technical quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team execution. The Geotechnical Senior Project Manager provides leadership to project teams, mentors staff, and actively contributes to business development and client relationship growth while maintaining a positive customer service attitude and demonstrating ECS Core Values.
