Job summary

Delta Oaks Group is seeking a Project Manager to support its Geotechnical Department on telecom and commercial projects. You will oversee project set up, data collection, and subcontractor coordination, while assisting engineers in geotechnical reporting.

The role requires strong communication, three years PM experience, and familiarity with CMT methods. On-site Raleigh-based position with standard benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a similar project management role.
• Experience in telecommunication towers or construction materials testing preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project trackers.
• Prepare driller quotes and notices to proceed documents.
• Schedule subcontractor drilling assignments and ensure accuracy of plans.
• Coordinate with landowners for access and coordinate utility clearances.
• Assist engineers with boring logs, layouts and geotechnical reports.
• Manage vendor files and ensure insurances and documents are up to date.
