Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 2 years industry experience or 4 years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Review project and contract requirements and assist with bid preparations and estimates.
• Prepare and compile information for project documentation and procurement.
• Support blue book documentation (JHA, PSP) and pre-planning meetings; assist with change management.
• Assist with quality control, data analysis, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Support budgeting, job cost summaries, and procurement planning with the project team.
• Mentor field engineers and ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
