Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of proven experience in geotechnical engineering design, calculations, drawings, and analysis.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, organized approach with ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Installation of groundwater monitoring wells and inclinometers.
• Prepare geotechnical models from field investigations and interpretation of laboratory test results.
• Analyze shoring and footing systems using geotechnical software.

Skills

Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York

Geotechnical engineering design experience

Knowledge of soil classification systems

Advanced proficiency with analysis and design software

Strong technical writing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Master's degree strongly preferred

Tools

Revit or similar modeling software

Geotechnical software (e.g., Plaxis)
