Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer for our Houston, TX office. The role manages moderate to highly complex geotechnical projects, delivering technical expertise and opportunities for growth and leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in geotechnical or civil engineering (PE license required in TX) and 5+ years of geotechnical project management. Travel up to 25% and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering is preferred.
• Five+ years in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with project and non-project meetings.
• Lead a technical or project-related team.
• Prepare proposals for moderately complex projects.
• Develop scopes and engineering reports with practical geotechnical solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform analyses using company and industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety policy compliance.
• Travel up to 25% of time.
