Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Construction/Geotechnical laboratory supervisor to coordinate testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. You will ensure safety, adhere to quality protocols, and supervise staff training and equipment maintenance.

You will assist in proposals and cost estimates, coordinate laboratory operations, and ensure timely completion of testing aligned with client requirements and Terracon standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing laboratory tests on construction and geotechnical materials.
• Ability to train and supervise lab staff for safe testing.
• Familiarity with quality protocols and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
• Ensure testing services follow Terracon quality protocols and safety rules.
• Supervise staff training and equipment maintenance in the lab.
• Support department leadership with proposals and cost estimates.
• Monitor lab activities to meet client and project requirements.
