Job summary

Explicit Engineering Design And Ana is looking for a Lab & Field Technician in Apex, NC. In this role, you will conduct laboratory and field testing, including soil and concrete analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma, with NCDOT/ACI certifications as a plus. Candidates are expected to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on-site and in the lab. Qualifications

• NCDOT/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plus.
• Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic laboratory testing including grain size analysis and compression testing.
• Perform field work including soils and concrete sampling.
• Oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling and site inspections.
