Kleinfelder's Fresno location seeks a Principal level Group Manager to grow our Geotechnical operation in the South Valley. You will lead the Fresno team and drive business development across water, transportation, power, and federal markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience; 15+ preferred.
• Licensed PE in California or CCM.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, build proposals and manage large pursuits.
• Proven leadership of diverse project teams and mentoring staff.
• Trusted advisor to clients and experience from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Kleinfelder’s Fresno team and operations.
• Drive business development across water, transportation, power, and federal markets.
• Sell civil, geotechnical, environmental and construction services.
• Oversee budgeting, client updates, and staff development.
