Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Detroit office as Group Manager. You will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary projects, assembling teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality across geotechnical and construction materials work. Strong communication and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
