• Analyze geotechnical findings, perform calculations, and prepare technical reports for review.
• Provide direction to technical team during field inspections.
• Interact with customers and team members to complete projects on time.
• Evaluate team performance and determine training needs.
• Perform basic office administration tasks when needed.
