Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 3–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience; GDOT projects preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of engineering plans, specs, and reports.
• Perform basic engineering calculations under senior engineers.
• Support design and drafting using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Conduct site visits and data collection as needed.
• Assist permitting and regulatory coordination with clients/agencies.
• Participate in internal project meetings and collaborate with disciplines.
• Support project managers in budgeting and scheduling tasks.
