Job summary

Atlas is a trusted leader in environmental and infrastructure consulting services. We seek a Geotechnical Engineer to oversee complex projects, drive innovative engineering solutions, and deliver high-impact results for communities we serve.

You will manage budgets and schedules, mentor the geotechnical team, and provide senior-level review of analyses with a PE license and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

  • B.S in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex public and private projects

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in securing and managing large-scale projects, supporting strategic business development efforts, and guiding the continued growth and technical advancement of the geotechnical team.
  • Serve as the technical expert on geotechnical engineering projects of significant complexity and scope.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Provide senior-level review and approval of geotechnical reports, specifications, and engineering analyses.

Core Responsibilities

Play a critical role in securing and managing large-scale projects, supporting strategic business development efforts, and guiding the continued growth and technical advancement of the geotechnical team.

5+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience

Professional Engineer (PE) license required
