Job summary

Keller Foundations is seeking an experienced Tieback & Micropile Drill Operator to support geotechnical construction operations. You will operate specialized drill rigs and perform drilling for tiebacks, micropiles, anchors, and soil nails.

The role requires 2–3 years of drill rig experience, willingness to travel, and a strong safety mindset. We offer benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience operating tieback or micropile drill rigs or similar equipment.
• Experience in construction or geotechnical industry.
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• OSHA 10-hour training and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs such as Klemm, Casagrande, Hutte, TEI, Berretta, or similar.
• Drill tiebacks, micropiles, anchors, soil nails, and grout.
