A leading engineering consulting firm in North Carolina is seeking a Geotechnical CAD Designer to produce geotechnical plan sheets and manage transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of CAD design experience, proficiency in Bentley MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer, and a strong ability to interpret geotechnical reports. Qualifications

• 2 or more years of CAD design experience in transportation or infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical reports and engineering sketches.
• Proven experience supporting DOT projects and submittal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce geotechnical plan sheets using MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Develop boring location plans, profiles, and geotechnical cross sections.
• Perform QA/QC checks on redline updates and file organization.
