A national engineering firm is seeking a Geotechnical Business Class Leader to oversee deep foundation design initiatives and foster technical excellence among teams. The role involves building relationships with clients, ensuring project management, and contributing to strategic direction. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and team leadership with PE registration in relevant states. This is a full-time position based in Tampa, Florida.

Qualifications

• Active, or ability to get within 6 months, PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN.
• 15 or more years of progressive experience in advanced engineering projects leading geotechnical design efforts.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies of geotechnical business class staff.
• Select, train, mentor and manage geotechnical personnel.
• Engage in strategic planning and implementation for geotechnical practice.
