Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to establish and manage our Morgantown satellite office. As the Group Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary projects, building teams, handling budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited college/university with geotechnical concentration.
• MS in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited college/university with geotechnical concentration (preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering projects including geotechnical and construction materials work.
• Assemble project teams and lead them through the full lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; monitor financials and resources.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Perform technical reviews of designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Pursue new business opportunities through networking and client relationships.
• Lead branch staffing, development, and day-to-day operations in Morgantown.
