Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. seeks a Geospatial Surveying Intern for Summer 2027 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, working with the West Central Survey/Geospatial team on local and global client projects.

The internship offers hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure, with a hybrid on-site and office role to learn data collection, processing and analysis using industry-standard software.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Geomatics or related field
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Live in the DFW area, preferably Fort Worth, for field support

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD platforms (Civil 3D, Bentley ORD, AutoDesk Recap, Revit) for survey work.
• Assist in geospatial data collection, processing and analysis.
• Support surveying disciplines (LiDAR, photogrammetry, GIS) and related tasks.
