Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in utilities, infrastructure or telecommunications industries.
- Ability to document and build GIS workflows.
- Experience applying ArcGIS to support industry workflows.
- Experience implementing ArcGIS Utility Networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions for utilities.
- Configure ArcGIS apps, tools, and information models.
- Document configuration and usage patterns.
- Create and maintain product documentation and enablement materials.
- Draft and review ArcGIS Solutions product briefs and documentation.
- Design and author test cases, execute tests, and report results.
- Present and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiences.
