Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Geospatial Research and Production Manager to lead a team delivering geospatial and all-source intelligence products. You will guide analytic efforts, oversee production, and deploy advanced tools to support national security missions.

Ideal candidates bring substantial geospatial analysis experience, DoW/IC standards knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams while holding a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in geospatial and all-source intelligence analysis and production.
• Experience supervising analysis, research, and production, and performing quality control.
• Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, techniques, and processes.
• Knowledge of DoW and IC analytic tradecraft standards.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, CS, or Business Analytics and 2+ years of experience in geospatial analysis and intelligence production, or 5+ years of experience in geospatial analysis and intelligence production in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of intelligence analysts and production of geospatial intelligence.
• Apply geospatial and all-source analytic methods to complex problems with national security impact.
• Deploy cutting-edge technology to enhance information superiority and mission outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from government and contractor teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to DoD/IC standards.
