Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst to support a mission-critical intelligence program. The selected candidate will leverage specialized regional and functional expertise to analyze geospatial data, develop intelligence products, and produce high-quality analytic assessments.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to transform complex information into actionable intelligence that enables informed operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence products using GIS and other analytic tools to support the warfighter.
• Aggregate and analyze geospatial information and produce visualizations and modeling to support intelligence reports.
• Assist in identifying key locations and personalities within high-priority networks.
• You’ll act as a strong collaborator and mission-focused team member who is comfortable working with other analysts, mission partners, and customers.
