Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst to interpret imagery and provide commanders with an accurate battlefield picture. You will analyze aerial and ground photographs, electronic imagery of enemy sites, and identify equipment and defenses to support planning.

You will earn a secret clearance and train with intelligence professionals, earning tuition assistance, benefits, and the chance to transition to civilian roles in engineering, mapmaking, and related fields.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment required.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce intelligence by analyzing images, fixed/moving targets, and geospatial data.
• Identify military installations, facilities, weapon systems, military equipment, and defenses.
• Distinguish changes to the battlefield based on imagery analysis.
• Conduct Battle Damage Assessment.
