Job summary

Leidos is actively seeking a TS/SCI cleared Human Geography (HG) Analyst for our team in Springfield, VA. The successful candidate will perform HG production, deliver a broad array of HG products, and support policy decisions and mission planning with GIS and geospatial techniques.

Responsibilities include producing maps and reports, supporting NOX requests, and collaborating with customers globally while ensuring ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a POLY.
• 3+ years’ HG analyst experience incl 1–3 years supporting DoD/IC GEOINT.
• Knowledge of Human Geography concepts.
• Experience in geo-spatial data extraction and non-spatial data.
• Experience in imagery research and attribution.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro for data creation and geo-referencing.

Responsibilities

• Support GEOINT operations and respond to NOX requests for geospatial data.
• Produce HG products including attributed data, maps, and written reports.
• Conduct HG projects: research, extraction, geo-enabling, QC, metadata attribution.
• Draft SOPs and train coworkers for HG production.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to standardize extraction and HG production.
• Ensure ITAR compliance for partnered work.
