Job summary

NV5 Geospatial seeks a Geospatial Front End Developer at multiple levels to support national security sites in the St. Louis, MO area. You will design visualization software to make location data insightful.

Required: US citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility or active TS/SCI, a Bachelor's in CS/Math/GIS/STEM, and 2+ years of web front-end experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript; experience with React/Angular/Vue; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/GIS or STEM
• 2+ years of web front end development
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience with front-end libraries such as React/Angular/Vue
• Background building high availability and high scalability solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and good judgement
• Detail oriented with strong organization, analytical and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end services and APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required
