Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly qualified data scientist to support geospatial intelligence production at NASIC. The role emphasizes GIS-based data analysis, ArcGIS expertise, and advancing data analytic processes.

The candidate will work with a team of scientists and engineers to develop geospatial web apps, dashboards, and tools, while maintaining robust writing and briefing skills for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Geography, Mathematics)
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Substantial familiarity with ArcGIS software
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying dynamic geospatial web apps and tools
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data science methods to analyze GEOINT data in a GIS framework to support intelligence production.
• Assist in developing approaches to address key intelligence questions.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and analysts across teams.
• Prepare technical summaries and briefings for stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy geospatial web applications and tools.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, and reproducible workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
