Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, headquartered in Miami, FL, seeks a Full-Stack Data Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and front-end interfaces for geospatial data visualization.

You will work with Databricks, ESRI ArcGIS environments, and cloud-based databases to build scalable web applications with metadata-driven search, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and secure CI/CD deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience in field.
• Experience building full-stack apps for data viz, dashboards, analytics.
• Experience implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, API authentication.
• Experience optimizing queries for large geospatial datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and front-end interfaces for geospatial data visualization.
• Work with Data Lakes platforms including Databricks, Kubernetes, and ESRI ArcGIS environments.
• Build scalable, secure web apps with metadata-driven search/retrieval.
• Integrate APIs for seamless data interoperability.
• Develop and deploy full-stack apps enabling visualization and analytics within ESRI GIS platforms and cloud databases.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for data retrieval and integration.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments in Kubernetes with secure access.
• Optimize database queries and indexing for large-scale datasets.
