Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to support the Vertical Obstruction program in St. Louis, MO. The role involves extracting, validating, and finishing geospatial features from imagery, and ensuring data quality across large datasets.

Responsibilities include data acquisition, evaluation, entry, and applying QA/QC to produce compliant VO products. Preference given to candidates with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Python, and geospatial tool experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GEOINT experience (time included in overall experience).
• Basic knowledge of airfield infrastructure (taxiways/runways/ATC).
• Working knowledge of feature collection (points/lines/areas) and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate features (points, lines, areas) and complete product finishing.
• Enter data using both manual and automated processes.
• Analyze and validate data.
• Extract features from imagery sources.
• Work with large data sets and format data for database ingest.
• Apply quality controls and QA processes to maintain standards.
• Resolve feature discrepancies and conflicts.
