NGA's Maven program is the agency's lead geospatial AI and machine learning initiative, using computer vision and artificial intelligence to help analysts process imagery and video more efficiently. By combining AI with GEOINT analysis, Maven helps analysts detect important features faster, improve accuracy, and support better intelligence decisions.
As a Geospatial Analyst supporting NGA's Maven follow-on mission, you will apply GEOINT tradecraft to exploit, process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data in support of imagery acquisition, data transformation, GEOINT production, and mission‑critical intelligence requirements. You will work with structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data sources while leveraging geospatial analysis techniques, programming or scripting capabilities, and modern analytic methodologies to produce high‑quality GEOINT products that support evolving customer needs and analytic modernization efforts. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to data enrichment, innovative geospatial solutions, and the continued evolution of AI‑enabled GEOINT capabilities while ensuring products meet NGA quality standards.
