Nalley Consulting is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA or JBAB, Washington, DC. You will use GIS and analytic tools to develop intelligence products, analyze geospatial data, and produce visualizations to support warfighter-focused reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics or 12+ years in lieu of a degree, plus 7+ years in all-source analytics. Active TS/SCI with CI poly within 7 years is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 3+ years all-source analytics, or 12+ years all-source analytics in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of ArcGIS experience
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to deliver high-quality products for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI poly within past 7 years

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence products using GIS and analytic tools.
• Aggregate and analyze geospatial information for visualization and modeling.
• Produce visualizations to support intelligence reports.
• Identify key locations and personalities within high-priority networks with teammates and customers.

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree. Description:
As a Geospatial Analyst on our team, you'll use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other analytic tools to develop intelligence products that will support the warfighter. You'll aggregate and analyze geospatial information and produce visualizations and modeling to support the production of intelligence reports. You'll assist in identifying key locations and personalities within high-priority networks. You'll also act as a strong collaborator and mission-focused team member who is comfortable working with other analysts, mission partners, and customers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ArcGIS * Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Desired qualifications:
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
